Facilitation
Services Offered by Peggy Morrow & Associates in the Area of Focus Groups and Facilitation
There are two approaches available:
1. Peggy Morrow conducts the focus groups for you using a variety of facilitative skills based on the goals of the focus group. Typically a focus group consists of 8-12 people and lasts up to two hours.
She has done programs like this for the Houston Texans, Rice University, San Jacinto College and other clients. Some of them went on to train their in-house people to use my techniques. The Inc.com website features an article by Peggy on how to conduct your own focus group or customer panel.
2. Peggy Morrow will train your in house facilitators to conduct your own focus groups. The course lasts 4 hours and covers such subjects as:
-
The difference between qualitative and quantitative research
